Quiet, cozy hotel. Excellent location. Near the subway, shops and restaurants.
Small rooms and a weak wi-fi.

The evening concierge was very helpful, assisting us in navigating the local metro system, but the morning staff's apathy towards our issues left much to be desired.

The hotel was in a great area. Lot's of different places to eat nearby and the metro was just a block away. Surprisingly quiet at night seeing that it's on a relatively busy street during the day. The renovated rooms were very nice.
The rooms that hadn't been renovated yet were dilapidated. Not that they weren't clean, but in much need of an update. The beds were smaller than expected, as were the bathrooms. This is only the story for the older rooms. The newer ones were great. I also was unaware that breakfast wasn't included in the cost. I'm sure it was just an oversight on my part, but it was 9 Euro for breakfast each morning. For that much money, I think there should be more food choices other than breads and cereals.

Exceptionally comfortable beds, TV with satellite channels, climate control, and an individual safe in the room. Comfortable bedroom, fairly nice stay, late check-out. Early check in and fantastic service overall...

Everithing was realy OK. Compare price and service. Breakfast, room, cleaning service, receptions, garage, entrantrance clousley public transport... realy no problematic place.
The walls on rooms are little bit thin. It is a problem in case in next room are stay family with small childs. After that you are not speel well. But that is the tax for type of construction of building from last century. Hotel has renovate rooms and bathrooms too. Also has nice family atmosphere. Bathrooms are very clean and nice. Restaurant very pleasant with miracle of France. Rooms and beds are little bit small but very kind. On room you have coolbox, LCD TV, hair fen, everything looks like 3star hotel but official level on entrance to hotel is 2stars.We will comm back for sure.

I liked pretty much everything. The only problem is that the room did not have good ventilation. There was one window, but as we have buses and cars all night, we had to choose between noise and no air. As for the rest, staff was very kind and helpful, the hotel as a whole is very clean, the facilities are simple but comfortable enough.

Location, accomodating of families, friendly staff
We were on the first floor, and there was no ac ... This meant that with the windows open at night to keep cool, the pedestrians on the street looked into the room - a drunk one even tried to start a conversation in the middle of the night. The breakfast buffet did not include any hot food.

Close to the Porte D'Orleans metro station. Easy connectivity to all the tourist areas via metro. Helpful staff. Functional breakfast, however it is adequate. Good value for money. Compact rooms.
